Snowflake Basket Giveaway

Anyone who stops into one of West Liberty's participating "Ticket Stops," gets a ticket (no purchase necessary) for a chance to win a gift basket comprised of local business gift certificates and items. A winner will be chosen Friday, Nov. 29 at the Christmas Parade (winner does not have to be present at the parade).
